Update: it may be not as thick as it claims BUT it really transformed my bed and I was able to have an extremely comfortable sleep! This really is an excellent product.
Quite a hassle to install and wait so long to use the bed again, has to sleep on sofa while it reinflated.
Like quite a few comments on here it’s LACK is that it is nowhere near inches or 10cm tall!1 more like 2.5 to 3” maximum. -,not a good thing to exaggerate a product Amazon!
Having said that, it really transforms the bed to being really comfortable & no exaggeration to say it’s like having a new mattress!
